Directions: Apply a dime size amount into the palm of your hand. Message it into the desired area. Body oil is applied directly to your skin. Use immediately after shower while skin is damp to allow all nutrients to penetrate skin. Can be layered on top of the body moisturizer for a luxurious feeling.  Remember that a little bit goes a long way.
